Nancy is an awesome human being, people here actually know and respect her, she’s the bomb. She helped me move into my apartment at a difficult time in my life and was so helpful and hardworking and extremely compassionate. Nancy is the best, she’s looks out for all of the tenants and prioritizes the needs of the tenants. Also the property is very beautiful and well kept, there’s also a big open field for the children to play around and be kids.

Nancy Jack, the Community Manager at Huntington Ridge apartments is a kind and caring person. It's evident in everything she does. She was always telling me to contact her with any questions that I may have, every time I met with her and on every phone call. I was concerned about safety in the apartments - and she took the time to reassure me that safety of the residents was the #1 priority. Even though I chose another apartment (was a deal that I couldn't refuse) I believe I would be happy there. Shout out to CJ (maintenance supervisor) and Miss Tee (grounds supervisor) together with Nancy they make quite a team!

i previously left a review months ago about the state of this place and how they are terrible at communicating and made me pay $1200 because they didn’t have a property manager for me to give my notice to. so i paid that $1200 and figured whatever i just want to be done with this place. tell me why i just went to check and they SENT THAT $1200 TO COLLECTIONS. AFTER I PAID IT. of course i disputed it but just be very careful with this property. it just keeps getting worse. i thought i was done with them but apparently not. also they never answered my email when i sent an email months ago expressing my concerns when they told me to reach out and of course there was no response, wish i could say i was shocked.

They will never answer an email, they will never answer a phone call, they will never get back to you when you leave a message. I applied in person for an apartment here over a month ago and somehow after $230 in deposits/fees and multiple submissions of background paperwork my application was pending, with zero communication from management of course. Not to mention that there is no true "property manager" and the property managers that are there rotate out on a weekly basis from as far as Minnesota. Now, a month later and $230 down the drain, I pulled my application. Do yourself a favor and DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE.

this place is a 0 stars. when i first moved in, cigarette smell and a leak. then a month before i left my ceiling was leaking and they cut two holes in my ceiling, they weren’t fixed by the time that i left (4 weeks later) i gave a 60 day notice through a phone call because the office is never open because they haven’t had a property manager since april. they say the hours are 9-5 and then when you go in there’s nobody there. so anyways i gave my 60 day notice over the phone because i couldn’t give it in person, then i call because i was being charged for a months rent that i wasn’t living there anymore and instead they charged me an improper notice fee because it had to be in writing and i didn’t do that $1500 fee. because i didn’t say i was moving out in writing. when i couldn’t because not only was nobody there but i was also at work when i gave the notice and i work every single day. i work two jobs. it’s unbelievably difficult for me to go anywhere because i work all day. anyways not fixing a ceiling with insulation falling and two holes with taped up plastic (i have pictures) is extremely unlivable and i could probably report it to the health department considering i did get sick from it. i tried to email them and of course got no response. so now im making it public. my electricity bill was also skyrocketed because they had to put a dehumidifier and 4 fans in my apartment for 6 days running all day long. also they over worked the last maintenance guy so much that he left!!! not a good place to live would not recommend. i know they will reply to this telling me to reach out to them via email or call but I ALREADY DID!!!!!! READ MY EMAIL!!!!!

This is not a good place to live! It would be if the so called landlord or property manager do her job correctly but she obviously doesn’t have any clue to what she is doing and even got reprimanded for that! I would not recommend this place unless it’s under new management! So I don’t even know where to start I had a sec 8 voucher. Sec 8 changed my rent and did not tell me so a balance started brewing and when I was turning in my rent to Melissa ON TIME every month she would take it and did not say one time hey just to let you know sec 8 changed your rent she claim that she didn’t catch it but that’s a lie because she was typing the amount in every month so she did know! The day after I gave birth I got a phone call with a balance so fast forward to august they have charges on my account and I had to go to court Melissa did not show up she claim she forgot but the day before we were talking about court all day so there is another LIE. Ok so to help me out I got what it’s called rental assistance at the time my balance was 956 so the rental assistance check was 417 they did not approve it and then I had gave Melissa a 397 dollar chec for the month of September she didn’t process the check and put that to my account until at the end of the month. Sketchy right? That seems fraud right? So that’s another thing they were still putting charges on my account even when I was in eviction status trying to pay down the 956 balance. So if I getting charges put on my account right why would you purposefully hold a check while I’m getting charged daily? Melissa is very full of it she’ll act like she’ll care about you when she really truly doesn’t! It’s really sad I fell victim to this but she didn’t win the eviction is not on my record and I’m paying down a balance that is truly unfair she wouldn’t even go back and change it! They tried to charge me rent for November and I was moved out she said that she made changes to that but when I called the collection agency the agency said that she didn’t send them the new information also it had carpet replacement on there the carpet was SPOTLESS! I thought that was strange so I went to the maintenance because he normally gets the apartments together before a new move in he told me that there was NO carpet replacement I just couldn’t believe she would put that on my ledger if it truly wasn’t true and they moved someone right in maybe a week or so later The apartment was left in very good condition. I just didn’t have time to completely clean the bathroom and the kitchen counter that was all. So please save your shelf the heartache with this one! And another thing Theresa she is Melissa boss now she is worse than Melissa she is not for the people AT ALL. Without even looking to see what the problem is and how the balance occurred she will just slap a 5 day notice on your door and a eviction notice she doesn’t do her job either and I will say she did ignore Melissa ALOT because Melissa would tell me but that doesn’t make Melissa innocent. I forgot Theresa last name I can’t think of it for nothing. Melissa also told me that I was not the only account like this there was other accounts that were just like mine! But I will say it wasn’t all bad between Melissa and I but at the end she did me wrong and putting false charges on my ledger. I’ve been living on my own for TEN YEARS and in my ten years of renting I NEVER had these kind of problems until Huntington ridge apartments

I have lived here for a year and a half and have had a great experience. I’ve only had a couple of maintenance requests and they were handled very promptly. The location and rental rates are good. For the most part, my apartment has been pretty quiet. I rarely hear much from the neighboring apartments. I’ve never had any pest control issues except for gnats last year. I don’t think those had much to do with the apartments, just that it was a bad gnat season. Patty in the office has been nothing but super friendly and professional from day one. She always goes above and beyond to handle every question or concern I’ve had while living here.
